Once your registration form is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours. This email will include joining instructions and other important details.
Payment should be completed before the training course begins. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. Details will be provided during registration. If payment is not received by the start date, entry to the course may be refused.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual if we are notified at least 5 working days before the training course begins.
If a course is postponed or cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
